Q& A: The movie is about a high school senior, named Ferris Bueller, who is pretending to be sick because he wants to skip a day of school. This day, he persuades his girlfriend Slone Peterson and his best friend Cameron Frye to take the day off with him. Ferris convinces Cameron to take his father’s Ferrari with them for an adventure to downtown Chicago. The film goes on about what Ferris does with his friends, and trying not to get caught by the school’s Dean Edward Rooney, his sister Jennie, and his parents. The summer of my junior year, I was driving with several of my friends to Florida. My friend Megan picked up the DVD from the floor of the car that we were riding in. She was reading the back description of what this movie was about. I have never seen the film. When she read the back of the movie case, she made the movie sound amusing and I wanted to see it. We watched the movie and I loved it. The movie was really interesting because Ferris talks to the audience, and not just the characters who he is with. Ferris is the main character and the narrator of the story. I love this movie because the film is funny and makes me realize at times to not take life too seriously. I would recommend this movie to someone because it is a great film, and it is funny to watch Ferris try not to get caught on his day off school. Trailer:
